At OCP, teaching is not a profession; it's a passion.

Our highly credentialed, mission-driven faculty are called to teach and reach the heart of every child. Low student-teacher ratios allow teachers the time to give plenty of personal attention and to address individual student learning styles. Close working relationships with parents help to maintain a consistent framework of loving Christian care, discipline, and values between home and school. Students are mentored and encouraged to discover God’s path for their lives and achieve their full potential.

  • All OCP teachers have a minimum 4-year degree in the area they teach and are certified through the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools.

  • More than 40% of Upper School faculty hold advanced degrees.

  • Preschool teachers hold a Child Development Accreditation (CDA).
